神阙贴联合丹桂祛症合剂治疗痛经的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shenque Paste combined with Dangui Quzheng Mixture in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea

目的观察神阙贴联合丹桂祛症合剂治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的疗效。方法对50例辨证属寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者,分别采用神阙贴联合丹桂祛症合剂、单纯口服丹桂祛症合剂进行治疗,连用3个月经周期后观察疗效。结果神阙贴联合丹桂祛症合剂治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经有效率明显高于单纯口服丹桂祛症合剂。结论神阙贴联合丹桂祛症合剂对寒凝血瘀型痛经患者有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenque paste combined with Dangui Quzheng mixture in the treatment of dysmenorrheal of coagulated cold and blood stasis. Method 50 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrheal of coagulated cold and blood stasis were treated with Shenque paste combined with Dangui Quzheng mixture or Dangui Quzheng mixture. The clinical effect after three menstrual cycles was observed. Results The effect of Shenque paste combined with Dangui Quzheng mixture was higher than that of Dangui Quzheng mixture. Conclusion The Shenque paste combined with Dangui Quzheng mixture in the treatment of dysmenorrheal of coagulated cold and blood stasis has a good effect.
