中西医结合治疗精索静脉曲张30例

Clinical Observation on the Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Varicocele for 30 Cases

目的采用中西医结合方法,应用少腹逐瘀汤加减联合显微技术精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张所致不育,达到改善精子质量,提高生育能力为主要治疗目的。方法 30例确诊病例,均采用硬膜外麻醉下行显微技术精索静脉结扎术,术后给予少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗,术后随访1-4年,观察疗效。结果 30例不育病人,22例治疗后生育,有效率73.33%。结论少腹逐瘀汤加减配合显微技术精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张所致不育,能够有效改善精子质量,提高生育能力,效果显著。

Objective By combining the therapy of integrated medicine,using modified Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with microscopy internal spermatic vein ligation in the treatment of varicocele caused infertility,to improve sperm quality and fertility as a primary treatment goal. Methods 30 confirmed cases adopted epidural anesthesia techniques,ligation of the spermatic vein and Shaofu Zhuyu decoction after surgery. Patients were followed up for 1 to 4 years,and the effect was observed. Results 30 cases of patients with infertility,22 cases had fertility after treatment,and the effective rate was 73. 33%. Conclusion The modified Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with microscopy internal spermatic vein ligation in the treatment of varicocele caused infertility can improve sperm quality and fertility,and has significant effect.
