佛手系列治疗郁病之肝气郁结1例

Observation on the Effect of Finger Citron Series in Treatment of Depression Disease of Liver Qi Stagnation for One Case

目的观察佛手系列对植物神经功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法对1例以躯体化形式为主要临床症状的植物神经功能紊乱患者,运用李妍怡主任佛手系列中的方药进行治疗,并对治疗过程中患者情绪进行对照比较。结果治疗诊治过程中及治疗后,情绪稳定,夜间睡眠改善,血压心率稳定,疼痛缓解,恶心呕吐等胃肠道症状缓解。且患者经1月随访效果能持续维持。结论佛手系列治疗躯体形式的植物神经功能紊乱患者,能改善临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of finger citron series in treatment of vegetative nerve functional disturbance.Methods One case of patients with main clinical symptoms is vegetative nerve functional disturbance was treated with the finger citron series prescription from Doctor Li Yanyi doctor. In the process of treatment,the patients＇ emotion was compared and contrasted. Results During the treatment and after the treatment,night sleep improvement,blood pressure and heart rate were stability,pain relief,gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and vomiting relief. And the follow-up results of patients can be sustained one month.Conclusion The finger citron series in treatment of vegetative nerve functional disturbance can improve clinical symptoms,and curative effect was significant.
