太溪穴临床应用治验

Clinical Application of Treatment Experience on Taixi( KI3)

太溪穴,又名吕细。出于《灵枢·本经》。属足少阴肾经腧穴、原穴,古代医家称其为"回阳九穴之一"。其中补益作用临床上被广泛应用。近年来以太溪穴为主,治疗失眠、慢性咽炎、心律失常、眩晕等病进行辨证选穴治疗。从针刺方法、配穴、方义体会等方面加以阐述,从而论述了太溪穴的主治范围,明确了疗效,而且操作简便,无不良作用。

Taixi（ KI3）,also known as Lyuxi,originates from Lingshu·Benjing. Taixi（ KI3） belongs to Shaoyin Kidney Channel of Foot acupoint and yuan-primary point, and the ancient physicians thought that it is ＂one of the nine points restoring yang ＂. Wherein supplementing effect been widely used in clinical practice. In recent years,the author in the treatment of insomnia,chronic pharyngitis,arrhythmia,dizziness and other illness with Taixi（ KI3）. From acupuncture method,points combination and Fang-yi experience,etc.,the treatment range and therapeutic effect of Taixi（ KI3） were discussed. It is easy to operate,and has no side effects.
