纳米氧化锌改性及在涂料中的应用研究

摘要 纳米ZnO是一种新型无机功能材料,纳米粒子已经形成新型功能复合涂料在涂料领域,现在己成为涂料领域研究的热点。纳米涂料与传统涂料相比,纳米涂料具有诸多的优点:耐腐蚀性,抗紫外线老化性,耐擦洗性,较好的附着力,防褪色等优良的综合性能。本文主要研究纳米氧化锌改性涂料与原涂料的附着力性能与耐磨性进行相应的对比检测,同时对不同复配比例的纳米氧化锌改性涂料进行了附着力与耐磨性能检测。 Nano ZnO is a new inorganic functional materials,and now has become a hot research field of coatings. Compared with traditional coating nano-coating, nano-coating has many advantages: corrosion resistance, UV aging resistance, scrub resistance, good adhesion, fade and other excellent performance. This paper studies Zinc Oxide Coatings, and the original paint which is different from adhesion properties and wear resistance, and different proportions of nano- zinc oxide complex modified coatings tested the adhesion and abrasion resistance.
