摘要
在公立医院改革背景下,福州某三甲医院开展了一系列院内绩效管理改革。围绕岗位工作量、公立医院绩效考核指标,根据PDCA管理循环法则,构建"绩效计划—绩效辅导—绩效考核—绩效反馈"的动态绩效管理体系,医院绩效管理取得了阶段性成效。
In the context of public hospital reform,a series of hospital performance management reform was carried out in a tertiary general hospital in Fujian.Dynamic performance management system of achievements plan,achievements guidance,achievements examinat was built,which around amounts of work,public hospital performance evaluation index and basis of the PDCA management cycle rule.Hospital performance management has made initial achievements.
