学校社会工作视角下高校思想政治教育探析

On the Ideological and Political Education in Universities from the Perspective of School Social Work

学校社会工作是一种"助人自助"专业性育人工作,其本质是服务。在对大学生开展思想政治教育过程中,学校社会工作有着自身的优势和特点:注重思想与环境的改变,尊重学生个体的差异性,政治性色彩相对弱化,专业性服务比较突出。加强高校思想政治教育的改革和创新,可以尝试在理念上,引入"助人自助"、尊重、平等、服务等理念;在方法上,引入个案工作法、小组工作法和社区工作法等;在内容上,引入社会工作的"关系处理"这一核心议题,以提高高校思想政治教育的效果。

School social work is a professional education of ＂help people and help themselves＂with service as its essence. In the process of college students＇ ideological and political education, school social work has its own advantages and characteristics. It focuses on the changes of thought and environment, students＇ individual differences and professional service, while the political color is relatively weak. To strengthen the reform and innovation of ideological and political education in universities, the notion of＂help people and help themselves＂, respect, equality and service should be introduced. In methods, the case work, team work and community work should be introduced. In content,＂relationship handling＂, the core topic on the social work, should be introduced to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
