摘要 针对晶闸管投切电容器的无功补偿装置存在导通损耗大、耐压耐热能力差,体积大和成本高等缺点,本文以ARM7为控制核心,设计一款使用永磁真空开关和磁保持继电器复合使用的无功补偿装置,并以光耦的特性为基础,巧妙地实现晶闸管电压的过零点捕捉。实验表明,该装置能实现投切电容时冲击电流在额定电流2倍以内、无导通损耗、无需外加散热器的特点。该无功补偿装置具有运行可靠性高、性能稳定等特点,应用前景广阔。 As for such shortcomings as big conduction loss,weak pressure and thermal resistance,large volume and high cost etc of the reactive power compensation device in the thyristor switched capacitor, in this paper, a kind of reactive power compensation device taking ARM7 feature as control core and for complex use of permanent magnet vacuum switch and magnetic latching relay, and zero point capture of thyristor voltage is achieved ingeniously with optocoupler feature as base. It is shown by the practice that the device can achieve the impulse current within 2 times of rated current in switching capacitor,with such features as conduction loss and no external addition of radiator. The reactive power compensation device has such features as high reliability, stable performance and broad application prospects.
