摘要 针对准东-皖南特高压直流规划建设后,根据当前新疆电网的情况,研究哈郑直流闭锁故障直流安全稳定控制措施的可行性,分析直流闭锁故障情况下切机措施的可行性。分析直流闭锁故障情况下切机措施引起的潮流转移、新能源脱网、第3道防线动作等潜在风险,提出了安全稳定控制措施的优化协调方案。对研究疆电外送,提高新疆电网安全稳定运行有实际意义。 In view of the Zhundong-Wannan UHV DC after construction and in accordance with present situation of power grid in Xinjiang,the feasibility on the safe stability and control measures of DC at lockout fault of Hazheng HVDC is studied, and the feasibility of cut off measures at DC lockout fault is analyzed. Such potential risk as flow transfer,new energy off net and action of the third defense line caused by cut off measure at DC lockout fault are analyzed, the optimal coordination scheme of the safe stability measures is proposed,which has a actual significance to the power transmission from Xinjiang and improvement of safe and stable operation of Xinjiang power grid.
