摘要
目的探讨童趣化护理干预对学龄前患儿麻醉诱导配合的影响。方法将200例择期手术的学龄前患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=100)和对照组(n=100)。对照组给予常规麻醉诱导护理,观察组在童趣化麻醉诱导间实施童趣化护理干预。于干预前及麻醉诱导时对患儿焦虑程度、麻醉诱导合作度及平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)进行测评。结果麻醉诱导时观察组焦虑评分、麻醉诱导合作评分显著低于对照组(均P<0.01),其MAP及HR波动显著低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论对学龄前患儿实施童趣化护理干预,可有效减轻术前焦虑,提高麻醉诱导配合度。
Objective To explore the effect of funny nursing intervention on anesthesia induction cooperation for preschool children. Methods A total of 200 preschool children undergoing selective operation were divided into an observation group (n = 100) and a control group (n=100) using a random number table. The control group was given routine anesthesia induction nursing, while the observation group received funny nursing in the funny anesthesia induction room. The children's anxiety degree, anesthesia induc tion cooperation, mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) were measured both before intervention and during anesthesia induction. Results During anesthesia induction, the score of anxiety and anesthesia induction cooperation in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.01 for both), and the fluctuation of MAP and HR also were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.01 for both). Conclusion Implementation of funny nursing for preschool children could effectively alleviate preoperative anxiety and increase anesthesia induction cooperation.
