疼痛护理学组的组建和实践

Establishment and practice of pain nursing group

目的成立疼痛护理学组,以提高全院疼痛管理质量和患者满意度。方法择优选取与疼痛管理相关科室的护理骨干为疼痛护理学组成员,并明确学组成员职责;设立学组质控控制体系;制定疼痛质控标准;规范镇痛流程;加强护士疼痛知识培训和教育等。结果成立疼痛护理学组后,患者的疼痛护理满意率由成立前的82.0%提升至97.1%(P<0.01);患者24h内中重度疼痛发生率由60.0%下降至20.0%(P<0.01);护士疼痛管理知识合格率由45.0%提升至70.0%(P<0.01);疼痛评估合格率由85.0%提升到95.1%(P<0.01)。结论疼痛护理学组的建立不仅可以提高医院疼痛管理质量、提高患者的满意度和舒适度,而且可以提升护士的疼痛管理水平和学术水平,推进疼痛护理学科向专业化发展。

Objective To establish pain nursing group in order to improve pain management quality and patients＇satisfaction. Methods We selected excellent nurses from pain management related departments as members of the pain nursing group, and confirmed their responsibility, then set up group quality control system, formulated pain quality control criteria, standardized pain management process, strengthened pain knowledge training and education for nurses and so on. Results After establishment of pain nursing group, patients＇ satisfaction of pain nursing increased significantly from 82.0 % to 97.1% （P〈0.01）, the prevalence of moderate to serious pain within 24 hours decreased significantly from 60. 0% to 20. 0% （P〈0. 01）, the qualified rate of nurses＇ pain management knowledge increased significantly from 45.0% to 70.0% （P〈0.01） , and the qualified rate of pain assessment in- creased significantly from 85. 0% to 95. 1% （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Establishment of pain nursing group could improve pain management quality and patients＇ satisfaction as well as comfort, but also could enhance nurses＇ pain management and academic level, then drive the development of pain nursing specialty.
