脑梗死血管性认知障碍患者的注意力训练 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨综合注意力训练在脑梗死后血管性认知障碍恢复中的应用效果。方法将脑梗死后血管性认知障碍患者102例随机分为对照组及干预组各51例。对照组按常规行规范治疗、护理及康复训练;干预组在常规基础上实施注意力训练,包括10组训练操、家属助练、每天记录成绩等,连续15d后评价效果。结果干预组认知评分及认知康复训练效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论综合注意力训练有利于脑梗死后血管性认知障碍患者认知功能的恢复。 Objective To investigate the effect of attention training on the recovery of patients with vascular cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and two patients with vascular cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction were randomly assigned into two groups of 51.The control group was given standardized routine treatment,nursing and rehabilitation training,while the intervention group additionally received attention training including 10 group training sessions,family member assisted training,and recording progress every day.Results The cognition score measured with the Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale(MoCA)and the training effect were significantly better in the intervention group than those in the control group after 15-day intervention(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Attention training is beneficial to recovery of patients with vascular cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.
