增容剂复配对聚碳酸酯/聚乳酸冲击性能的影响

摘要 聚碳酸酯/聚乳酸(PC/PLA)作为一种环境友好型材料,有着很好的应用,但其冲击性能较差。通过苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的共聚物(SAG)与乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)2种增容剂复配来改性PC/PLA,探究增容剂组合对PC/PLA复合材料冲击吸收总功、裂纹扩展功、韧性指数和冲击强度的影响。结果表明:这2种增容剂复配具有很好的协同效应,能明显提高PC/PLA合金的冲击性能,最佳的配比为3份SAG与4份EAA组合,合金的冲击吸收总功为2.15 J,裂纹扩展功为1.91 J,韧性指数为7.76,冲击强度达577.95 J/m。 Polyearbonate/polylactic acid polymer blend which was used as a kind of environment-friendly material had very good prospect. However, it had poor impact property. PC/PLA polymer blend was modified by two compatilizers, one was styrene-acrylonitrile-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer (SAG), the other was poly-ethylene acrylic acid (EAA). And the impact total energy, crack propagation energy, ductile index(DI) and notched impact strength were effected by changing the content of SAG and EAA. The result showed that the best content of composite compatilizer was 4 phr EAA and 3 phr SAG, the impact total energy was 2.15 J, crack propagation energy was 1.91 J, ductile index was 7.76, notched impact strength was 577.95 J/m.
