摘要
以中间带方孔特征的平板零件为研究对象,采用田口实验方法设计数值模拟实验,研究了各微孔发泡工艺参数对微孔尺寸的影响规律及权重。结果表明:影响泡孔直径大小的参数依次为SCF含量、熔体温度、预填充量、注射时间、模具温度。最后基于最佳工艺方案组合预测微孔直径最优值,达到改善了泡孔形态,提高微孔发泡质量的目的。
Choose a flat part with a large square hole as the rescarched object, combined the numerical simulation with taguchi experiment methods to design experiments and studied the effect trend and the proportion of influence quantities of melt temperature, injection time, pre-filling volume, content of SCF and die temperature on cell size. The rcsults indicated that the affecting order on cell size was content of SCF, melt temperature, pre-filling volume, injection time, melt temperature. The quality of microeellular foaming was improved by predicting the optimal value of microcellular based on the best process combination.
