175例浅表脂肪瘤超声表现分析

The analysis on 175 cases of superficial lipoma through ultrasound

为探讨不同类型脂肪瘤声像图特点,指导脂肪瘤临床诊断,用高频探头检查175例浅表脂肪瘤,并与手术病理结果进行对照,分析总结。结果显示,典型浅表脂肪瘤包膜可见者较多,瘤体内部呈相对低回声或稍高回声,多无彩色血流信号。浅表脂肪瘤的超声图像具有一定特征。

This paper analysed ultrasonogram characteristics of various kinds of lipoma and provide guidance to clinical diagnosis of lipoma. 175 cases of superficial lipoma were detected through high frequency probe,comparedwith pathological operation results and then a conclusion wasdrew. Theresult showed that envelope was frequently found on typical superficial lipoma and there was low or high echo level inside the lipoma. Few color flow image showed. The conclusion drawn upon the results is that there are some characteristics of ultrasonogram of superficial lipoma.
