颏下岛状瓣修复老年口咽部恶性肿瘤术后缺损的临床应用

Submental artery island flap for repairing defects in the oropharynx region after cancer ablation in elder patients

目的:探讨颏下岛状瓣修复术口咽部恶性肿瘤术后缺损的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性地分析我院2010年6月至2015年6月间采用颏下-面动脉岛状瓣修复的12例口咽部恶性肿瘤术后缺损的患者临床资料,其中舌根鳞癌6例,舌根腺样囊性癌2例,扁桃体鳞癌2例,软腭鳞癌2例,并评估患者术后的语音、吞咽等功能。结果:11例皮瓣完全成活,1例皮瓣远端边缘部分坏死;术后患者的外形和语音、吞咽等功能得到了较好地恢复。结论:颏下岛状瓣为老年口咽部恶性肿瘤患者术后缺损的修复提供一个新的选择。

Objective：To explore the clinical value of submental artery island flap for repairing defects in the oropharynx region after cancer ablation in elder patients. Methods：12 cases of elder patients with malignant tumor in the oropharynx region were reconstructed the defects with the submental artery island flap from Jun 2010 to Jun 2015 in our department,including 6 squamous cell carcinoma and,2 adenoid cystic carcinoma in the base of tongue, 2 squamous cell carcinoma in tonsil, and 2 squamous cell carcinoma in the soft palate. Then, the clinical data were reviewed retrospectively.Results： 11 cases of submentalental island flaps were survival except one appeared partial necrosis in distal end.The outcome and functions such as speech and deglutition were recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion：It is an ideal option due to its reliable of submental artery island flap for repairing defects in the oropharynx region after cancer ablation in elder patients.
