磷酸钙类生物材料在口腔临床应用中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 磷酸钙类材料是目前国内外研究较多的生物活性材料,其成分与骨组织的无机成分类似,生物相容性好,又具有骨传导功能,已被广泛的应用于骨科及口腔科的临床治疗。本文对磷酸钙生物材料进行综述,介绍了磷酸钙生物材料的性质及在颌骨缺损、口腔种植、药物缓释、根管充填等方面的应用。 Calcium phosphate-based biomaterials have been widely studied in the domestic and aboard more and more as bioactive materials. This kind of materials has the same similar ingredients with inorganic constituents of bone tissue,good biocompatibility and osteoconductivity. Thus calcium phosphate-based biomaterials have been widely used in the clinical therapy of stomatology and orthopedics. This article reviewed the application of calcium phosphate-based biomaterials in stomatology including properties of materials and their applications in mandible defect, implant dentistry, drug release and root canal filling.
