摘要
目的:探讨帕金森病(PD)冻结步态患者血清尿酸水平变化及意义。方法:收集PD患者185例,分为PD+FOG(Freezing of gait)组和PD-FOG组,对照组选择101例年龄和性别相匹配的健康体检者。测定空腹血清尿酸值、肌酐,观察两组PD患者和对照组尿酸值之间的差异,并进行相关分析。结果:PD+FOG组血清尿酸水平(261.37±57.23)μmol/L,PD-FOG组(288.64±61.27)μmol/L,对照组(331.45±59.25)μmol/L。PD+FOG组尿酸值显著低于PD-FOG组(P=0.037)和对照组(P=0.001)。PD-FOG组尿酸值显著低于对照组(P=0.001)。三组内生肌酐清除率分别为(82.15±26.23)、(83.54±19.05)、(83.75±20.06)mL/min,三组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PD患者冻结步态组血清尿酸水平显著降低,提示尿酸水平与冻结步态有关;尿酸作为一种抗氧化剂,对神经系统变性疾病可能具有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the level and value of serum uric acid(UA) in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD) with freezing of gait(FOG).Method:One hundred and eighty-five PD patients were selected as PD with FOG group and PD without FOG group,and one hundred and one age and sex-matched healthy controls as the control group.The serum UA and creatinine concentrations were measured and carefully analyzed.By comparing the UA concentrations of PD with FOG group and PD without FOG group with their counterparts in the control group,we obtained the differences among these three groups and also discussed possible reasons and factors.Result:The serum UA levels of patients with FOG[(261.37±57.23)μmol/L] were significantly lower than that[(288.64±61.27)μmol/L,P=0.037] PD without FOG and the control group[(331.45±59.25)μmol/L,P=0.001].And the serum UA levels of patients without FOG were significantly lower than the controls(P=0.001).Thedifference of endogenous creatinine clearance among these three groups did not reach statistical significance(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The serum UA level of PD patients are closely associated with FOG since the levels are significantly decreased in patients with FOG.The UA,as an antioxidant,may be beneficial to the neurodegenerative diseases.
