彩色多普勒超声对非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征左室舒张功能障碍的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound for Left Ventricular Diastolic Dysfunction in Patients with Non ST Segment Elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的:研究急性冠脉综合征非ST段抬高型(NSTE-ACS)患者左室舒张功能障碍彩超检诊的临床意义。方法:选取2012年5月-2014年5月本院收治的NSTE-ACS患者55例作为研究组,另择同期健康体检者55例作为对照组,两组均给予常规二维超声及彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组超声各项检测指标。结果:研究组常规超声下左房内径(LA)、左室内径(LV)、左室壁厚度(LVPW)、左室射血分数(LVEF)水平与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组彩超下左室舒张末期充盈速度(A峰速)、E/A比值、左室心肌舒张早期峰值速度(Ve峰速)、Ve/Va比值水平均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩超检查有助于明确诊断早期NSTE-ACS左室舒张功能障碍,值得临床推广。

Objective：To study the clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound for left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with non ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome（NSTE-ACS）.Method：From May 2012 to May 2014,55 cases of NSTE-ACS in our hospital were selected as the study group and another 55 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as the control group at the same time,two groups were given conventional two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound,the ultrasonic testing index in two groups were compared.Result：The levels of left atrial diameter（ LA）,lvid（ LV）,left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF） and left ventricular posterior wall（ LVPW） in the study group were not statistically significant compared with the control group（P〉0.05）.The left ventricular end diastolic filling velocity（ A peak velocity）,E/A ratio,left ventricular early diastolic peak velocity（ Ve peak velocity） and Ve/Va ratio in the study group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasound examination is helpful to the diagnosis of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in the early stage of NSTEACS,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
