腹腔镜下水压加压分离胚胎治疗输卵管妊娠的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Tubal Pregnancy by Laparoscope under Pressured Water

目的:研究腹腔镜下水压加压分离胚胎技术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法:将52例输卵管妊娠患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组使用腹腔镜下水压加压分离胚胎,对照组采用传统腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术,比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组手术时间短、术中出血量少,术后输卵管通畅率高,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下水压加压分离胚胎治疗输卵管妊娠安全、有效,与常规手术比较优势明显。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of tubal pregnancy by technique of laparoscopic pressured water separation of embryo.Method：A total of 52 cases of tubal pregnancy were divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated with laparoscopic pressured water to separate embryos,and the control group was treated with conventional laparoscopic,the effects of two groups were compared.Result：In the treatment group,the operation time was shorter,the amount of bleeding was less,and the patency rate of the fallopian tube was high,the differences between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with conventional surgery,this study is safe and effective for the treatment of tubal pregnancy by laparoscopy,and it has a significant advantage.
