Construction of Military Vehicle Operation Management System by Using Intelligent Video and ETC Technology

为适应新时期军车运行管控系统建设的需要,分析了军车运行管控信息化建设面临的形势,在充分考虑信息安全保密的基础上,提出以国家智能交通领域现有的智能视频和ETC系统为前端信息采集手段,建设军车运行管控系统的构想,设计系统总体架构,并对系统建设应用的关键技术进行研究。

To meet the needs of current military vehicle operation management system construction,this paper analyzes the present situation of the information construction in this field,and presents a systematic overall plan： construct a military operation management system by collecting the latest information through intelligent video and ETC system available now in our country. The key technologies to be involved are studied. This study provides a new technological approach to militarycivilian integration in the intelligentization of military vehicle operation management.
