摘要
为提高军队院校教员部队代职成效,阐述了教员下部队代职锻炼的作用和意义,结合教员代职过程中存在的矛盾问题,从教员、院校、部队3个角度剖析了问题的形成原因,从创建灵活高效代职锻炼模式、构建院校部队双向管理机制、强化代职教员双重考评机制3个方面提出了具体改进建议。
It is of great significance for military academy teachers to serve as an officer in grassroot units. However,there are still problems to be solved in practice. After analyzing the causes of these problems from the point of the teachers,the academies and the units,this paper suggests the necessity of developing flexible and effective serving mode,joint management and assessment between the unit and the academy.
