敏捷方法在企业应用系统开发中的应用与改进

摘要 传统的企业应用系统开发存在较多的不足与弊端,尤其是当前客户对软件开发的需求和要求更加多样化,为此针对企业应用系统开发应用与改进的研究十分有意义。近年来出现了一些敏捷型软件开发方法 ,它灵活的开发机制能有效控制需求变化带来的风险,这种方法被称为敏捷方法。本文将从敏捷方法的核心思想及内容进行入手,并对企业应用系统开发过程中遇到的难点进行了分析。从中可以看出传统的软件开发模式已经不能适应多样化的客户层次,为此针对敏捷方法的研究与开发迫在眉睫,更为重要的是加强敏捷方法在软件开发过程中的改进。
