摘要 目的探究加味桃红四物汤治疗糖尿病微量蛋白尿的临床效果。方法选择该院2013年5月—2015年4月期间所收治的50例糖尿病微量蛋白尿患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组与参照组,每组25例。参照组患者给予厄贝沙坦治疗,实验组患者在参照组治疗基础上加用加味桃红四物汤治疗。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于参照组,实验组MDA、SOD、CRP改善程度优于参照组,组间比较差异显著。结论加味桃红四物汤治疗糖尿病微量蛋白尿效果显著,可有效减少患者的尿微量白蛋白水平,具有较高的临床实践价值。 Objective To explore the flavored peach of siwu decoction in the treatment of diabetes trace albuminuria. Methods From May 2013, in April 2015, during the 50 cases treated by trace albuminuria in patients with diabetes, according to random number table method, it can be divided into the experimental group and control group, 25 cases in each group.Control group patients give he sand treatment, based on the experimental group patients in the control group treatment combined with flavored peach siwu decoction. Results The treatment of patients with experimental group total effective rate was higher than control group, experimental group improved MDA, SOD, CRP is better than that of control group, the more significant difference between groups. Conclusion Flavored peach siwu decoction to treat diabetes trace albuminuria effect is remarkable, which can effectively reduce the patient's urine trace albumin levels, has high value for clinical practice.
