湿润烧伤膏治疗早期糖尿病足36例疗效探讨

The Clinical Observation in 36 Cases of MEBO for Treating Early Diabetic Foot

目的观察湿润烧伤膏治疗早期糖尿病足的疗效。方法选择2005年1月—2015年10月期间该院收治的糖尿病足患者72例,按就诊先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各36例,两组患者做处理时先将其变性坏死组织及时清除,再创面反复用双氧水及无菌生理盐水冲洗。最后对照组将生理盐水纱布外敷于创面,无菌纱布包扎。观察组将湿润烧伤膏均匀涂抹于创面,表面用无菌纱布包扎,直至创面愈合。结果观察组创面平均愈合时间为(25.0±3.2)d,对照组为(34.8±5.2)d,观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后评定疗效,观察组总有效率(97.2%)高于对照组(55.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏具有良好的促进创面愈合和抗感染作用,有效阻止早期糖尿病足病情继续恶化,有助于降低糖尿病足患者致残的风险。

Objective To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating early diabetic foot. Methods Select January 2005 to October 2015 admitted to our department during the period of diabetic foot patients 72 cases, according to the visiting sequence is divided into control group and observation group, each group of 36 cases, for local treatment of the two groups of patients with first timely removal of the necrotic tissue, wound again and again with hydrogen peroxide solution and physiological saline flushing. Finally, the control group of physiological Shiomizu Sabu externally applied to the wound, sterile gauze bandage. The observation group MEBO evenly on the wound surface with a sterile gauze bandage, until wound healing. Results In the observation group, the average wound healing time was（25±3.2） days, the control group（34.8±5.2） days,wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,（P 〈0.05）. The curative effect was evaluated after 1 months, the total efficiency of the observation group（ 97. 2 %） was higher than the control group（55.6%）,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion MEBO can promote wound healing and anti infection effect, effectively prevent diabetic foot disease continues to deteriorate, may help reduce the risk of disability in patients with diabetic foot.
