消渴活血汤口服结合外洗治疗早期糖尿病足临床探讨

Xiaoke Huoxue Decoction Combined with External Washing Treatment of Early Diabetic Foot Clinical Study

目的探讨消渴活血汤口服结合外洗治疗早期糖尿病足临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月—2015年12月于该院就诊的早期糖尿病足患者200例。将患者随机分为试验组和对照组,且每组患者各100例。对照组患者采用常规西医药物治疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用消渴活血汤内服与外洗治疗。治疗3个月后,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果试验组患者的临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予早期糖尿病足患者消渴活血汤口服结合外洗治疗,取得了较好的临床治疗效果,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Xiaoke Huoxue Decoction Combined with external treatment of early diabetic foot washing efficacy. Methods 200 cases of early diabetic foot patients who were treated in our hospital from June2014 to December 2015 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group had 100 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with routine drug treatment, the experimental group in the control treatment group on the basis of the Xiaoke Decoction oral administration and external washing treatment. After 3 months of treatment, the clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Giving early diabetic foot patients with diabetes Huoxue Decoction Combined with external washing treatment,achieved good clinical effect, it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
