优质护理对骨科糖尿病患者围手术期的影响

High Quality Nursing Effects on Orthopaedic Perioperative Patients with Diabetes

目的探索优质护理对骨科糖尿病患者围手术期的影响。方法选取该院在2012年3月—2014年3月期间收治的50例骨科糖尿病患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组有25例患者,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,对比两组患者护理后的术后切口愈合天数、术后血糖控制天数、患者满意率。结果观察组患者的术后切口愈合天数、术后血糖控制天数显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在骨科糖尿病患者围手术期效果确切。

Objective To explore the quality of nursing effects on orthopaedic perioperative patients with diabetes. Selection Methods Our hospital in March 2012 to March 2014 were 50 cases of orthopaedic patients with diabetes, divided into observation group and control group, each group, 25 patients in the control group using conventional care, observation group is made of high quality care, compared two groups of patients with nursing care of postoperative incision healing after days,days postoperative blood glucose control, patient satisfaction. Results The observation group of patients with postoperative incision healing days, days postoperative blood glucose control is better than that of control group significantly（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The quality of nursing in orthopedic perioperative patients with diabetes exact results.
