循证护理对老年乙肝肝硬化并2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效分析

Analysis on the Clinical Curative Effect of Nursing for Elderly Patients with type 2 Diabetes and Liver Cirrhosis

目的分析人性化护理对肝病合并糖尿病患者的影响。方法资料选取该院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的102例老年乙肝肝硬化并D2M患者予以回顾性分析,设计护理方案时将行常规护理的设为对照组(45例),将行循证护理的设为研究组(57例),比较两组护理后心理状态评分、肝功能分级及血糖水平。结果研究组SDS、SAS评分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生存质量各维度评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于老年乙肝肝硬化并D2M患者可缓解其负面情绪,并有效改善患者心功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing on patients with liver disease combined with diabetes mellitus. Methods The data were selected in our hospital in January 2015 — 2016 January 102 cases of elderly patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and D2 M patients were retrospectived, According to the design of nursing program, routine nursing care will be set as the control group（45 cases）, received evidence-based nursing for the study group（57 cases）, nursing of two groups were compared after mental status score, liver function classification and blood glucose levels. Results The study group SDS, SAS scores were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; group of each dimension of quality of life scores were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with liver cirrhosis and D2 M can alleviate the negative emotions and improve heart function of patients, and it is worthy of clinical application.
