摘要
2016年3月5日,第十二届全国人民代表大会第四次会议开幕,国务院总理李克强在政府工作报告中指出,今年将在70%左右的地市开展分级诊疗试点。本文通过对我国分级诊疗的现状概述、问题分析以及国内外的探索实践研究,对互联网+如何助力我国分级诊疗的模式创新提出几点思考与建议,提出充分利用互联网+信息化手段,建立医院与基层医疗卫生机构之间诊疗信息互通共享、远程医疗服务和教学培训的信息渠道,从而促进优质医疗资源纵向流动,有助于分级诊疗的进一步试点和落地。
The fourth session of the Twelfth National People＇s Congress opens on March 5th,Premier Li Keqiang pointed it out in his government report that 70% of cities would be pilots for classification diagnosis and treatment.This paper will give the overview of its current situation,the analysis on existed problems,the research on its practice both at home and abroad,as well as some suggestions for how to use internet plus to facilitate the model innovation of classifi cation diagnosis and treatment.It suggests that we should make full use of internet plus IT to establish the information exchange,tele medicine service and training between hospitals and primary medical institutions.This will promote the vertical exchange of excellent medical resources and the carrying out of classifi cation diagnosis and treatment.
