摘要
我国慢病人数不断增多,居民健康面临严峻挑战。国家积极推进慢病防控工作,但仍然面临基层医疗机构尚未成为慢病管理的主要力量,百姓缺乏慢病知识、自我健康管理难、依从性差,医生难以精准诊疗等问题。随着互联网时代的到来,新技术的发展为慢病管理带来了新的契机。本文将从现有慢病管理模式、"互联网+"的支撑作用等多方面分析,探索互联网+慢病管理的可行之路。
The number of people getting chronic diseases is getting bigger and bigger,which means people＇s health is facing serious challenge.Although the government attaches great importance to the controlling of chronic diseases,we are still facing problems like lack of primary medical institutions for chronic diseases management,and lack of knowledge for chronic diseases,the diffi culties in self health management and the precise diagnosis of chronic diseases.The development of the new technology brings the new opportunities for chronic disease management.This article focuses on the current situation and tries to fi nd an available direction of chronic disease management in the internet age.
