南通市互联网+医疗资源配置优化策略思考

Thoughts on Internet Plus Medical Resource Allocation Optimization Strategy in Nantong

医疗服务资源的相对有限性和增长的非对称性使得医疗资源配置优化问题变得越来越紧迫。互联网对很多传统行业的革新在于对原有资源配置方式、享受服务模式等的颠覆。随着互联网及移动互联的发展,医疗业正向移动化、智能化和数字化前进。本研究拟对南通市的医疗资源配置现状进行总结,并结合本课题组建立的南通市居民电子健康档案平台,探讨医疗信息技术对于目前医疗资源配置优化的意义,并参考目前相关的国内外医疗信息技术,为南通市医疗资源配置提出建议。

The relative limitation and asymmetry increase of medical service resources make the issues of medical resources allocation and optimization more and more urgent.Internet subverts the revolution of many traditional industries in intrinsic resources allocation ways and enjoying service modes.Along with the development of Internet and the mobile Internet,medical industry is at its advancing process of being mobile,smart and digital.Therefore,this study takes Nantong city as an example and intends to summarize its present situation of medical resources allocation,and to discuss the signifi cance of medical information techniques for the optimization of medical resource allocation in combination with our previously established electronic health record platform.By referring to relevant domestic and overseas medical information techniques,we propose some suggestions for the allocation of medical resources in Nantong city.
