Phase Transition of Spring Steel 55SiCrA during Continuous Cooling

摘要 在Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机上测定了弹簧钢55SiCrA的各相变点温度,得到了不同冷速下的温度-膨胀量曲线,并以此绘制了弹簧钢55SiCrA的动态CCT曲线。结果表明:弹簧钢55SiCrA的动态CCT曲线上存在铁素体转变区、珠光体转变区和马氏体转变区,无贝氏体转变区。为了得到索氏体+少量的珠光体和铁素体组织,相变区的冷速应控制在1-2℃/s。 The phase-transition temperatures were determined on Gleeble-3500 thermal mechanical simulator. The dynamic CCT diagram was obtained on the basis of temperature-expansion curve under different cooling rate. The results showed that there were ferrite, pearlite and martensite transition zone on the dynamic CCT diagram of spring steel 55 SiCrA, but bainite transition zone was not found. The cooling rate in phase-transition zone should be controlled at 1~2 ℃ / s in order to get the microstructure including sorbite and bits of pearlite and ferrite.
