摘要
针对湖南某含钒石煤矿的成份特点,采取拌酸熟化浸出工艺处理该钒矿样品,并确定了最佳工艺条件:原矿磨至72%以上粒度小于0.074 mm的矿粉后,在硫酸浓度为25%、熟化温度为90℃、维持20 h,浸出液固比为2∶1的条件下,钒浸出率可为90.48%。
The mixed acid-curing-leaching process has been used to recover vanadium from the stone coal ores in Hunan Province of china, and the process parameters were optimized. After milling grinding, the grain size of more than 72% powdered ores is lower than 0.074 mm. The powdered ores were cured at 90 ℃ for 20 h in solution with 25% sulfuric acid, and the leaching rate of vanadium is 90.48% at the liquid / solid ratio of 2∶1.
