Q开关1064nm激光无创治疗咖啡斑的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 咖啡斑是临床常见的色素增加性皮肤病,患者常因影响容貌而求治。2007年11月至2015年6月,笔者应用Q开关Nd∶YAG 1 064 nm激光无创治疗咖啡斑,取得较好的疗效,现报告如下。资料与方法1.临床资料咖啡斑患者75例,男性25例,女性50例;年龄4个月至54岁,平均27岁。病程4月至30年,平均15年。皮损呈淡褐至深褐色,形状多不规则。面积2-26cm^2。其中,有家族史者16例,曾经冷冻或药物治疗效果不满意者27例。
