CT全脑灌注成像与MRI成像在TIA诊断中的价值 被引量:5

摘要 短暂性脑缺血发作(Transient Ischemic Attack,TIA)作为疾病演变的转折点,医学影像学诊断至关重要,CT及MRI对于TIA的诊断具有不同的优势,头颅CT平扫最常应用于临床,MRI中的弥散加权成像(Diffusion Weighted Imaging,DWI)对于脑梗死的诊断最为敏感,CT血管成像(Computed tomography angiography,CTA)及磁共振血管成像(Magnetic Resonance Angiography,MRA)可以直观的显示血管病变及侧枝循环情况,而CT全脑灌注成像(computed tomography perfusion image,CTP)及MRI中的灌注加权成像(Perfusion Weighted Imaging,PWI)可以提供脑梗死前的血流动力学变化,对缺血性脑血管病变具有较高的诊断价值。 Transient Ischemic Attack(TIA)as a turning point in the evolution of the disease,Medical Imaging diagnosis is essential.CT and MRI are the two available options for imaging.Head CT is more widely available and commonly used.Diffusion MRI is the recommended modality to image an ischemic lesion.Computed tomography angiography(CTA)and Magnetic Resonance Angiography(MRA)can reveal Vascular lesions and Collateral circulation directly.while CT perfusion(CTP)and Perfusion Weighted Imagin(PWI)can provide hemodynamic changes before infarction,so it is critical in the evaluation of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
