摘要
通过X射线衍射测定球形氢氧化镍特征衍射峰的半高宽和峰高比,用于指导球形氢氧化镍生产过程控制,使生产过程控制更加及时准确,用于球形氢氧化镍电性能判定,代替目前球形氢氧化镍必须做成电池,然后检测其比容量的方法,使产品质量判定更加及时,大幅降低了分析成本。
the data of FWHM and Peak height ratio getting from the spherical nickel hydroxide by x-ray diffraction detected contributed to the control of the spherical nickel hydroxide production process. This method makes the production control more timely and accurate. Using the data of FWHM and Peak height ratio to judge the electrical properties of spherical nickel hydroxide is more timely and cheaper than testing the battery specific capacity in the evaluation of product quality.
