冶金机械中水润滑技术的可行性分析及环保性能研究

摘要 将水作为冶金机械中的润滑介质与传统的油或脂润滑介质相比,在安全可行性和环保性能方面具有十分明显的优势。针对冶金机械工作的环境条件,对水润滑技术在冶金机械中应用的可行性进行了分析,并分别研究和确定了水润滑技术的环保性能和水润滑摩擦副材料的选用原则及应用场合。研究表明:水润滑技术作为一种绿色环保的新兴技术,非常适于在环境条件恶劣的冶金机械中应用。 The water used in metallurgical machinery lubrication medium compared with traditional oil or grease lubrication of the medium, the feasibility and environmental safety performance has very obvious advantages. The environmental conditions in the management of metallurgical machinery, the feasibility of using water lubrication technology in metallurgical machinery is analyzed, and research and determine the environmental performance of the water lubrication technology and material selection of water lubrication friction pair principles and applications. P~esearch shows that: water lubrication technology as a kind of green environmental protection new technology, very suitable for application in the environmental conditions of metallurgical machinery.
