摘要
氧化铝脉冲电沉加工中,通过控制器的电气耦合优化设计,提高加工控制的稳定性,提出一种基于模糊PI控制的氧化铝脉冲电沉电气耦合设计方法,进行了电气耦合器的总体设计描述,构建模糊和PI控制算法提高控制过程的自适应误差修正能力,实现了控制器电气耦合器的硬件电路设计,实验表明,该系统具有较好的氧化铝脉冲电沉控制能力,氧化铝加工过程中机械电气执行机构的稳定性较好。
Alumina pulse electrodeposition process, through the controller of electrical coupling optimization design, improve the stability of machining control proposed a fuzzy PI control of alumina based on pulse electric heavy electrical coupling design method, described the overall design of the electric coupler, constructing fuzzy and PI control algorithm to improve control of adaptive error correction ability, realizes the hardware circuit design of the controller of electric coupler. The experiments show that, the system has better alumina pulse electrodeposition control ability, alumina processing machinery electric execution mechanism of stability better.
