Innovation View of Developing Transport

我国经济发展进入新常态,交通运输发展也步入新的阶段,供求关系深刻变化,运输能力"瓶颈制约"不再是突出矛盾,服务水平不高的问题更加突出,土地、劳动力、资金等生产要素成本大幅提升。需要树立新观念,形成新认识,设定新的发展目标,探索新的发展道路,寻求新的发展动力,制定新的政策体系;也需要研究新的理论方法。

In terms of functions of transport in economy and social development in the new normal perioed, compared with fulfilling basic transport demand, supporting national strategy, stimulating emerging demand, and providing high-quality service are becoming more prominent. Demdand for favoring long-term and large-scale transport infrastructure construction hasn＇t existed; relation between demand and supply has changed; capacity bottleneck is replaced by low-level service problem;cost of production factors has increased. It＇s time to think transport development with innovation view. It＇s necessary to set new goals, explore new path, search new power, formulate new policy system and study new theories and methods as well.
