摘要
本文从构建综合交通运输体系的角度,分析了我国当前集装箱铁水联运发展现状与存在问题,并从制度保障、基础设施、标准规范、信息平台、运输市场等方面提出了推动我国集装箱铁水联运发展的对策建议。
This paper analyzes the development status and the existing problems of container railway-sea combined transportation from the perspective of constructing the comprehensive transportation system,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the development of container railway-sea combined transportation in our country,from the aspects of institutional guarantee, infrastructure, technical standard, information platform, transportation market, etc.
