摘要
本文从规划对象、规划时间跨度、规划层次、规划属性等多个角度对航空运输战略规划的类型进行划分;基于战略管理理论和我国航空运输战略规划管理实践,分析了航空运输战略规划管理过程的环节构成,明晰不同环节的作用及其逻辑关系。针对不同航空运输战略规划类型,比较其在各规划管理环节的特点,提出航空运输战略规划管理中的关键因素。
Firstly, the types of aviation transportation strategic planning were divided from several angles such as planning object, the time span, the planning level, planning attributes and so on. Based on the strategic management theory and Chinese aviation transportation practices, the links of aviation transportation strategic planning management course were analyzed and the logic relationship between different links was unfolded. Finally, the characters of different strategic planning in different planning management links were compared and the key factors of aviation transportation strategic planning management were brought out.
