摘要
嘉峪关宏电铁合金有限责任公司贫铁含硅废矿再利用冶炼铁合金项目,经过实验室检验分析,通过原燃料试配等准备,进行了三个阶段工业试验,锰硅冶炼综合电耗持续降低,初步探明"贫铁含硅废矿"用于铁合金冶炼具有一定的可行性。
In Jiayuguan Hongdian Ferroalloy Co., Ltd., the project of smelting ferroalloy with containing-silicon poor iron waste ore was analyzed and tested in laboratory. After material preparation, it carried out 3 stage commercial test.The test showed total power consumption decreased steadily in ferromanganese-slicon smelting. It preliminarily revealed that it is feasible to smelt ferroalloy with containing-silicon poor Fe waste ore.
