摘要
介绍了铁合金矿热炉几种无功功率补偿器在使用过程中发现的优缺点。指出大型封闭式铁合金矿热炉无功功率补偿采用无级平滑调节和过零投切装置是新一代矿热炉发展方向,消化吸收超大电炉设计、生产经验,是保证低压无功电容器补偿装置(改造)正常运行的有效途径。
The paper introduces the advantages or disadvantages of several reactive power compensator in the use of the process for ferroalloy furnace. It pointed out that large scale seal up ferroalloy submerged arc furnace reactive power compensation adopts stepless regulation and zero crossing switching device is a new generation of furnace development direction. The digestion and absorption of large electric furnace design and production experience is the guarantee to low voltage reactive power compensation capacitor device(transformation) effective ways of the normal operation.
