摘要
铁合金冶炼中产生的高温烟气大部分未加以利用而造成了能源浪费,通过对矿热炉进行温度、流量、成分的测试,结果发现矿热炉炉温较高且比较稳定,SO_2、CO_2含量较高,余热资源量可观,利用能级分析方法对余热资源进行评估,可为余热资源的回收、合理利用提供参考。
Temperature flue gas generated in ferroalloy smelting most was not available for use to cause energy wasted.Based on the flue gas temperature, flow, components test of submerged arc furnace, it found the high and relatively stable submerged arc furnace temperature, higher SO_2, CO_2 content. The high heat amount of resources is considerable. Through waste heat energy level analysis to assess, it provides reference for the recovery of waste heat resources and rational utilization.
