摘要
采用高频燃烧-红外吸收法研究了铬矿中高硫含量的测定方法,讨论了助熔剂的选择、称样量的选择、校准工作曲线的建立等因素,并通过铬矿标准物质检测和加标回收测试等方法对方法的准确度进行验证,以及通过两个含量水平的高硫样品检测对方法的精密度进行验证。该方法简单快速,准确度好,精密度高,测定范围为0.033%~1.85%,可以满足铬矿石中高硫含量的检测需求。
The paper established a detection method of high sulfur in chromium ores using High Frequency Combustion IR-Absorption Spetrometric instrument. It discussed the selection of flux agent, the selection of sample weight and the establishment of the calibration curve, also used the standard substance and the standard addition recovery to certify the accuracy of the method, and tested two samples of different high sulphur content to validate the precision of the method.This method, simple and fast, shows good accuracy and high precision, with the measure scope of 0.033%~1.85%. It can satisfy the detection of high sulfur content in chrome ore.
