基于高等院校责任下探索大学生创新创业教育改革途径——以西安理工大学为例

Based on the Responsibility of University to Explore Students' Innovativeness and Entrepreneurship Education Reform

通过对西安理工大学本科生创新创业能力培养的调研,总结出大学生在创新创业能力低下,导致就业率偏低的原因。文章基于大学生的创新创业能力问题与学校管理方式的关系,从培养学生创新创业的角度出发,主要从创新理念、创新教学、师资力量、管理机制以及校园文化等方面入手改革高校教学管理,目的是建立完善的创新创业教育体系,形成大众创业生力军,以提高大学生的就业能力,同时也满足现代社会市场经济的需求。

Through undergraduate innovative ability research of Xi＇an University of Technology, summed up the cause of students＇ innovation and entrepreneurial ability is low and the employment rate is low. It is analyzes university＇s responsibility and management shortcomings, to discuss innovation and entrepreneurship education reform from the teaching idea, teaching method, management mechanism and the school culture, etc. It is purpose to establish innovation and entrepreneurship education system and have a public startup business fresh troops, in order to improve college students＇ employment ability, and to meet the needs of modern market economy.
