摘要
我国高校毕业生就业性别差异在多方面都显著存在,并且发展趋势并未呈现良性发展,女大学生就业依然是研究的热点问题。专业的性别化倾向影响就业率和就业质量,女性的人力资本投资具有阶段性、职业分层中的性别分化限制女性职业发展等是影响女大学生就业的重要原因。本文以生涯发展的视角探讨女大学生就业问题,认为女大学生需要通过提升自我效能感、提升人力资本、提高职业生涯管理能力来提高就业质量。
The gender differences are significantly existed in the employment of college graduates, and haven't showed a trend of healthy development. The employment of female graduates is still a hot issue. Professional gender tendency has an effect on employment rate and employment level. Phased investment in human capital of women and sex differentiation in occupational stratification which restricts career development of female etc, are important factors affecting the employment of female graduates. From the perspective of career development, we explore the problem of female students' employment. Female students are supposed to enhance self-efficacy, human capital and improve career management capabilities for the sake of improving the quality of employment.
