自身免疫性脑炎的诊断标准及其临床指导意义

Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Autoimmune Encephalitis and Its Implication on Treatment

自身免疫性脑炎是一类新发现的中枢神经系统自身免疫性疾病,相应自身抗体有助于诊断。然而过分依靠自身抗体检测常导致诊断的延误,不利于治疗。为解决这一问题,制订基于相对特异性的临床表现和实验室检测诊断该病的临床诊断标准势在必行。文中对新近制订的自身免疫性脑炎临床诊断标准进行介绍并讨论其对临床实践的指导价值。

Autoimmune encephalitis is a group of newly discovered autoimmune disease of central nervous system.The diagnosis can be confirmed by detection of corresponding autoantibodies.However,the diagnosis based on autoantibody detection usually leads to delayed diagnosis,which may hinder effective therapy application.To solve this problem,diagnostic criteria for autoimmune encephalitis based on clinical manifestation and regular accessory tests were proposed recently.New diagnostic criteria was introduced and its value in guiding clinical practice were discussed.
