伴颅内多发病灶的迅速进展性痴呆临床病例讨论

病例资料病史住院号：91022×××,女性,56岁。因＂头晕伴进行性反应迟钝6个月＂于2015-12-11收入复旦大学附属华山医院（我院）神经内科。1.现病史：2015年6月患者出现劳累后头晕,休息后好转。同时家人发现患者对答反应变慢,对他人的话要花费较长时间去理解,且自己讲话时组织语言困难,说话不流利。对新近发生事情易忘,
