缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者血栓弹力图特点分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析缺血性脑卒中合并2型糖尿病患者血栓弹力图(thrombelastogram,TEG)特点。方法选择178例初发缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据是否合并2型糖尿病分为糖尿病组(n=59)和非糖尿病组(n=119),分析两组的TEG特点。糖尿病患者根据糖化血红蛋白水平,分为糖化血红蛋白正常组(n=22)和糖化血红蛋白升高组(n=37),分析两组的TEG特点。结果糖尿病组与非糖尿病组比较,糖化血红蛋白升高组与糖化血红蛋白正常组相比,R值、K值明显缩短,Angle角、MA值明显增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并糖尿病的缺血性脑卒中患者血液呈明显高凝状态,其中糖化血红蛋白升高的患者更加明显。 Objective To analyze the thrombelastogram(TEG)characteristics in patients with ischemic stroke combining type 2 diabetes. Methods One hundred and seventy-eight patients with incipient ischemic stroke were chosen.All the patients were divided into diabetes group(n=59)and non-diabetic group(n=119)according to whether combining type 2 diabetes. The TEG characteristics of the two groups were analyzed. Patients with diabetes were divided into normal glycated hemoglobin group(n=22)and higher glycated hemoglobin group(n=37)according to glycated hemoglobin levels. The TEG characteristics of the two groups were analyzed. Results Diabetes group compared with non- diabetic group, higher glycated hemoglobin group compared with normal glycated hemoglobin group, R and K values were significantly shortened, angle and MA values were significantly increased(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ischemic stroke patients with diabetes mellitus have significantly high coagulation state. Patients with higher glycated hemoglobin are more obvious.
